The apartment is the upper floor of a two level complex of six apartments and has undergone a complete refubishment programme in 2006 to provide:
- Large open plan Lounge/Dining room with two settees, one which converts into a double bed.
- The Kitchen is well equipped with a microwave oven, oven and hob, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer and washing machine.
- Bedroom One has a double bed, with en-suite shower, WC and washbasin.
- Bedroom Two has twin beds.
- The Main Bathroom has a bath, WC, washbasin and shower.
- The balcony area overlooks a beautiful garden and has beautiful views of the sea.
- There is also a put-up bed which makes it possible to sleep seven.
- Hot/Cold air conditioning, iron and hairdryer and vacuum cleaner.
- Freeview TV, BBC1, ITV1, etc.
